DESCRIPTION:As part of our continued commitment to community\, connection\, and well-being\, the Austin Black Physicians Association (ABPA) invites you to join us for a morning of mindful meditation and grounding at Zilker Park – at the entrance of Violet Crown Trail. \nThis experience is designed as a moment to pause – especially during a season that can feel demanding and full. Whether you are navigating finals\, final projects\, professional responsibilities\, or simply the pace of everyday life\, this space is for you. \nAt ABPA\, we are being more intentional about pouring back into ourselves – our physicians\, our students\, and our broader community.
