DESCRIPTION:The April 13th webinar has been cancelled. \nABPA is excited to launch a quarterly financial education series\, generously hosted  and sponsored by Sunflower Bank\, designed to equip students with practical tools for long-term financial success. In collaboration with Sunflower Bank’s wealth management professionals\, this four-part series will cover essential topics ranging from responsible debt management to wealth building and credit literacy. \nParticipants will receive a participant guide prior to each session to support learning and preparation. While the guides are comprehensive\, presentations will be thoughtfully streamlined to allow for meaningful discussion and live Q&A. Sessions will be structured to encourage focused participation\, with cameras and microphones enabled during the Q&A portion. \nQuarterly Series Topics: \n2nd Quarter: How to Get Out of Debt; Monday\, April 13 at 6pm \nWe are grateful to Sunflower Bank for hosting and supporting this important initiative\, which aligns with ABPA’s commitment to the professional and financial well-being of future physicians. DESCRIPTION:As part of our continued commitment to community\, connection\, and well-being\, the Austin Black Physicians Association (ABPA) invites you to join us for a morning of mindful meditation and grounding at Zilker Park – at the entrance of Violet Crown Trail. \nThis experience is designed as a moment to pause – especially during a season that can feel demanding and full. Whether you are navigating finals\, final projects\, professional responsibilities\, or simply the pace of everyday life\, this space is for you. \nAt ABPA\, we are being more intentional about pouring back into ourselves – our physicians\, our students\, and our broader community.
